“Be immune from disease via harmonizing yin and yang” – The cosmology of Yin-yang and Five Elements are ancient Chinese wisdoms. As for traditional Japanese medicine, Yin-yang fundamentals unify the therapy of channels and collaterals to achieve the doctrine of the golden mean.
The award winning SPA by MTM has launched The 5th Anniversary Signature Programme “Japanese Traditional Yin-yang Therapy”. It merges herbalism, aromatherapy, and meridian therapy in Japan alleviating and harmonizing body symptoms of different causes. In addition, SPA by MTM has launched its first Home Spa Sensation series, allowing an experience of uncompromised luxury and balance of the five senses at home.
Today SPA by MTM held the “Japanese Traditional Yin-yang Therapy” Grand Launch and the 5th Anniversary Celebration at Cuisine Cuisine at the Mira. Many celebrities in the city were invited to the celebration, including Ranee K, Winifred Lai, Elva Ni, Helena Pong, Eydie Tai, Anna Yau, Rabeea Yeung, Tansy Tom and Catherine Wong.
The venue was decorated with the theme of Yin-yang, creating a harmonic and relaxing ambience. Yin-yang physique consultation area was set up to provided consultation allowing guests to understand more about their own physique. Japanese traditional Yin-yang massage and customized Chinese herbal thermotherapy help to buffer tensions and pressure in daily life. Guests were able to experience the therapy with the assistance of the professional SPA by MTM therapists.
During the event, SPA by MTM senior consultant explained the concept and functions of Japanese Traditional Yin-yang Therapy. Model and therapist demonstrated the Custiomized Japanese Yin-yang Balance Massage and Customized Chinese Herbal Thermotherapy After that, MC invited guests to participate in some interactive games presenting special gifts which drove the climax of the event.
To carry through the elegant image of SPA by MTM, Calligrapher Mr. Huen Siu Chan was invited to demonstrate the balance of Yin-yang in traditional calligraphy, allowing the guests to appreciate the doctrine of balance in the sense of traditional calligraphy.
In line with the event theme, SPA by MTM tailor-made Yin-yang menu with delicate canapés, drinks and dessert for guests to enjoy according to their physique. At the same time, guests were presented with Japanese style souvenirs to mark a perfect ending to the event.
