The machine is driven by an electric drive motor which transmits power via a chain drive to the drive sprocket.
A quick release pin (1) directly connects the drive sprocket to the drive wheel.
Note:
The quick release pin must be inserted into the drive sprocket in order for the machine to be driven by the drive motor.

It also serves as a strain relief to protect the connection points.

shot selection
Selection of shot is important, as this is the material that profiles the surface.
As a general rule, use the smallest size shot necessary to achieve the desired profile.
Small shot sizes S230 and S280 are used for achieving a CSP (concrete surface profile) of 3.
Medium to large shot sizes S330 and S390 are recommended for a CSP from 4 to 6.
Travel speed of the machine also plays a major factor in the surface profile.

Como regla general, use la carga de tamaño más pequeño necesario para lograr el perfil deseado.
Los tamaños de carga pequeños S230 y S280 se utilizan para lograr un CSP (perfil de superficie de hormigón) de 3.
Se recomiendan los tamaños de carga medio a grande S330 y S390 para un CSP de 4 a 6.
La velocidad de desplazamiento de la máquina también juega un factor importante en el perfil de la superficie.
