Ich würde hier nicht ganz so nah an der Vorlage bleiben. Mein Vorschlag:
"Wirtschaftliche Bedingungen haben die IT-Budgets schrumpfen lassen – jedoch ist für Unternehmen nicht akzeptabel, dass sich dies auf die Performance ihrer IT auswirkt. Der Bereich muss für weniger mehr leisten."
Oder auch: "– jedoch wird sich die Wirtschaft nicht damit zufrieden geben, dass..."
So oder ähnlich.
("Unternehmen" oder "Wirtschaft" für "business" im Allgemeinen. Geht's um eine bestimmte "Branche", kannst Du das ja entsprechend anpassen.)

Korrektur: "viele IT-Budgets" statt "die IT-Budgets"
Ich würde hier nicht ganz so nah an der Vorlage bleiben. Mein Vorschlag:
"Wirtschaftliche Bedingungen haben die IT-Budgets schrumpfen lassen – jedoch ist für Unternehmen nicht akzeptabel, dass sich dies auf die Performance ihrer IT auswirkt. Der Bereich muss für weniger mehr leisten."
Oder auch: "– jedoch wird sich die Wirtschaft nicht damit zufrieden geben, dass..."
So oder ähnlich.
