Chiar dacă deja a fost ales un răspuns aş vrea să mai adaug o altă variantă care abia mi-a venit.
"arhitectură de reţea Ethernet bazată pe protocolul TCP/IP".
Cred că e cea mai apropiată de sintagma din engleză.

: eu dimpotrivă, cred că ”network centric” se referă mai curând la ideea de ”axat pe comunicare prin reţea” decât la tipul reţelei
