産業上の利用分野
本発明は導管システム及びこれと類似のもののための液圧式の衝撃ブレーキであって、押圧シリンダ内で摺動可能なピストンと、シリンダ及びピストンロッドに設けられた接続部と、ピストンの両端部側に設けられたシリンダ室内に存在する液圧媒体のための貯蔵室とが設けられており、前記ピストン内に弁座体を備えた主制御弁が配置されており、該主制御弁内で、少なくとも一つの貫通孔を備えた、互いに向き合うピストン状の2つの弁部分が摺動可能に支えられていてばね力下にあり、前記弁座体の周面と、該弁座体を収容する孔の周面との少なくともどちらか一方にリング状の溝が設けられている形式のものに関する。
従来の技術
このような形式の衝撃ブレーキ、つまり、衝撃を制動するためのブレーキは、例えば発電所における懸架された導管を保護するために使用される。発電所における導管は、比較的高い温度及び圧力の媒体、例えば蒸気を案内するためのものである。また発電所の導管は、その一部がボイラ室のボイラから外に延びていて、さらに屋外にも延びており、前記高い温度の媒体（例えば蒸気）及び外気の熱、例えば太陽光線によっても伸長せしめられ、夜間には再び収縮せしめられる。これによって導管は運動にさらされるので、この運動を懸架装置によって緩衝する必要がある。また、このような導管は、導管内部の水撃作用等、あるいは例えば地震又はこれと類似のものに対しても保護する必要がある。
このような目的で使用される液圧式の衝撃ブレーキは、接続された部材、例えば導管が、一方では熱変化によってゆっくりと変位する際に抵抗を受けないようにし、他方では、意図しない負荷を受けて衝撃的な運動にさらされた時にロックして、瞬間的に剛性な接続を形成するように作動する。対抗振動又はこれと類似のもの或は新たな刺激による逆の運動方向においては、前記動作と逆方向の動作が行われる。
