От наше име и за наша сметка да ни представлява и да предприеме всички възможни правни действия във връзка със следните два банкови превода, направени от нас: първият превод в размер на 36 623 (тридесет и шест хиляди шестотин двадесет и три) Евро и втори превод в размер на 23 819 (двадесет и три хиляди осемстотин и деветнадесет) Евро, бенефициент:………….., включително, но не само:
1. Да ни представлява пред всички възможни лица и органи в Република България.
2. Да подписва от наше име относими към случая документи като договори, споразумения, декларации, пълномощни, искове (искови молби), жалби и сигнали до всички възможни лица и органи в Република България.
3. Да получава нотариални покани и съдебни призовки след изрично наше одобрение, получено по e-mail.
4. Да предявява искове за сумите, посочени по-горе, заедно с лихвите от наше име.
5. Да присъства на срещи и да преговаря от наше име.
6. Да предприеме всички необходими правни действия вкл. съдебно дело на основание чл. 55 и сл. от Българския Закон за задълженията и договорите с предмет иск за връщане на сумите преведени с двата банкови превода, описани по-горе.

On our behalf and at our expense to represent us and to take all possible legal actions with regards to 2 bank transfers, authorized by us; first transfer amounting to € 36 623 / thirty six thousand six hundred and twenty three / and second transfer amounting to € 23 819 /twenty three thousand eight hundred and nineteen/, beneficiary: ……………….Bulgaria, including but not limited:
1. To represent us before any persons and authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria.
2. To sign on our behalf specifically related documents pertaining to contracts, agreements, declarations, powers of attorney, claims, complaints and notifications to any persons and authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria.
3. To receive notary and court notifications after being given an explicit approval by us via e-mail.
4. To claim the amounts specified above, together with interest, on our behalf.
5. To attend to meetings and negotiate on our behalf.
6. To take all necessary legal actions including a court case on the ground of Art. 55 and the following of the Bulgarian Contracts and Obligations Act with subject claiming a refund of the amounts transferred via the 2 banks transfers specified above.
7. To be entitled to all powers according to article 34 of the Civil Procedure Code.

Hello, just a couple of words about myself.
1. I'm not a philologist. I'm a graduate of the English Language High School of Plovdiv (Bulgaria) and translation has always been my passion.
2. I have a MA in International Business which helped me develop my language skills.
3. I have a considerable job experience as a teacher in English (teaching to adults only ) which did not improve my know- how in English or language skills but helped me learn about human nature and human relations.
4. At present I'm working for a law company that provides legal service mainly to foreigners willing to invest in Bulgaria or buying properties in Bulgaria. I have been developing in this particular area for two years.
Therefore I believe I can be of use to anybody who needs translation of legal documentation.
