I very much appreciate your confidence. It looks like we will be in Acqua. I will try to get the waterfall room, depending on the number of participants.
Since the Winterlicious Festival is going on they told me that we should expect that the the food will not be to fast. I am not worried abou that as we would have many things to talk about. Still, I think it would be agood idea to choose waht we want to eat beforehand as we will be a larger group. I could pre-fax our food orders,... See more I very much appreciate your confidence. Ive been only to one powwow and it was pretty informal. I cannot recall having an agenda and I cannot recall running out of topics to talk about either:) It was a lot of fun actually and thats why Im determined to attend this one:)
I am also not sure if it is a good idea to fax menus ahead of time because last-moment changes are very likely: some people might decide to show up or some might decide not to go... Also from my last experience quite a few people show up late...

Good point about people showing up late. My only concern is that they told me that it could take as long as an hour to have our food delivered. I still think it is a good idea to know when we arrive what we want (even and especially those who are late.)

Based on the current YES figures, I am making a reservation for 14 person. If any of the MAYBE becomes YES, please let me know via e-mail. If anyone who said YES can not attend for anz reason, please send me an e-mail.
I asked proz to put me in the orginazer status for this powwow. This would be the only way that I could post all the main information in te heading of this page.

AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION AT ACQUA, I JUST GOT A CALL SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT OPEN FOR LUNCH ON SATURDAYS. I am totally mad. I spoke with two people before, and they said it is OK. Anyhow......
