I have not tried it so I cannot tell you about the accuracy.

If there are relatively few pages and/or you don't need the whole site, only a subsection, then you could go through the pages manually and copy text to a text file. CTRL+a should work to select all, then CTRL+c and CTRL+v s usual.

Edit: you could also just save the pages from your browser's file menu.
