Hi there,
I just received my first project and my deadline is tomorrow. My PM send me the translated files .itd files together with the .obj files in zip. She also sent me the original source documents in word format. My task is to quality manage the translations. There was no problem in opening the .itd files and to edit them as I should, but she told me that I would need the .obj files to convert the .itd files into a word format.

But when I try to preview the files (so basically put them in word format) they are not edited at all, that is to say, the typo's and mistakes are all corrected (luckliy) but the font, the little drawings, ... like I see them in the original source docs are not visible anymore. For example, in one of the docs of the source there is a drawing with little faces, but it is not in the translation. Shouldn't the .obj file have helped me with that and taken over the faces? If not what is the exact purpose of this .obj file, because I understood that I have to keep it together with the .itd files.
I do hope somebody can help me with this. I don't want to make mistakes at this stage of my trial period

Hi Veerle --
It seems that you haven't been confirming the newly corrected segments. You do that by hitting Return. The grey square beside the segment will turn blue. After that, make sure to Save the itd before attempting to create or preview the doc.
