Traditionally, this is often quoted as the 3T’s – Time, Temperature, and Turbulence.
Although the VOC reaction is exothermic, the heat released is seldom sufficient to keep the total process fume at oxidation temperature.
Additional heating is provided either from a recovery heat exchanger or from added fuel.
Translation - Russian Для эффективного протекания восстановления необходимо выдерживать выбросы в течение требуемого времени при соответствующей температуре и необходимой степенью смешивания.
Можно назвать этих правилом трех П – продолжительность, подогрев и перемешивание.
Хотя реакция ЛОС является экзотермической, выделяющегося при ее протекании тепла редко хватает для поддержания всего объема выбросов при температуре окисления.
