Source text - English 6. Normal Hours of Work
6.1. Your normal hours of work are set out in Schedule A.
6.2. You may also be required to work overtime in addition to your normal work hours if instructed to do so by your line manager on reasonable notice or if necessary for the proper performance of your duties. You will only receive additional payment for any period of overtime if the payment for the overtime has been authorized in advance by your line manager. You will be paid the overtime rate as set out in Schedule A. Payment will be made in arrears on your normal payday for the pay period in which the overtime was worked.
6.3. By signing this Statement, you agree that for the purposes of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (and any amendment or re-enactment thereof) imposing a maximum number of average weekly working hours shall not apply to your employment. However, you may revoke your Agreement to this at any time by giving the Company not less than three months’ written notice of your intention to do so.
6.4. You will be required to clock on and off at the start and end of each working day. Fraudulent use of the clocking system may be viewed as gross misconduct and will be dealt with under the Company’s disciplinary procedure. Failure to use the clocking system may be treated as misconduct and/ or no record of your attendance which may result in you being unpaid and may be deemed unauthorized absences. Cases of unauthorized absences will be dealt with under the Company’s disciplinary procedure.

6.1. Activitatea prestaă și timpul de muncă sunt stabilite în anexa A.
6.2. De asemenea, vi se poate cere să lucrați ore suplimentare în plus față de programul normal de lucru, dacă vi se cere acest lucru de cătresuperiorul dvs. ierarhic, cu un preaviz rezonabil sau dacă este necesar pentru îndeplinirea corespunzătoare a sarcinilor dvs. Veți primi o plată suplimentară pentru orice perioadă de ore suplimentare numai dacă plata orelor suplimentare a fost autorizată în prealabil de către superiorul dvs. ierarhic. 6.3. Cu toate acestea, puteți revoca în orice moment acordul dvs. cu privire la acest lucru, notificând în scris societatea cu cel puțin trei luni înainte de a face acest lucru.
6.4. Este necesar să vă înregistrați la începutul și la sfârșitul fiecărei zile de lucru. Utilizarea frauduloasă a sistemului de pontaj poate fi considerată o abatere gravă și va fi tratată conform procedurii disciplinare a societatei. Neutilizarea sistemului de pontaj poate fi considerată ca fiind o abatere și/sau ca nefiind înregistrată prezența dumneavoastră, ceea ce poate duce la neplata salariului și poate fi considerată o absență neautorizată. Cazurile de absențe neautorizate vor fi tratate în cadrul procedurii disciplinare a societatei.
