potential online interpreting EN-FR-EN - 21 of March (8.15-13:00hrs)

Hello,
we have a potential online interpreting on 21th of March, starting at 8.15 a.m. to finish by latest 1pm.
With 15 mins break each and every hour.
The client mentioned that they intend to go ahead with this job but we have to give them a proper price for this.
Do you need a colleague or you can do this job alone for 5 hours?

The meeting will be in English at Bruxelles and you will have to pass on the message to the French speakers and at the end the French speakers could have some questions for the English speaker.
Below the description:
1. Type of translation/interpretation: Simultaneous
2. Times/hours/periods of the interpretations. Is there any detailed agenda per days? Yes we send agenda prior to meeting – it is often translation of business presentations – we are also trying to send presentation 24h00/48h00 in advance to translators
3. Translators are connected with their "translatee" via Whats App – and they can interact via teams – when there is a question or an answer to translate to the larger audience or to the presenter
4. It is virtual attendance for translators -around 18 participants
5. Duration of the meetings? 5 hours, on 21th of March, from 8.15 to 13:00.

6. What is the topic/subject of the discussions? Business presentations – questions and answers, they will discuss about the general work conditions.
7. Location: online, on site? Online for translators
8. Do they need any technical equipment or only the interpreters? Translators need to have access to Whats App and teams via computers
