I guess you can find a quite complete TM tools here:

If you are looking for CAT's that aren't TM's, then this is another thing: online dictionnaries are CAT tools too...

SDL people now and may be later by Microsoft. I feel cornered. SDL took over Trados, Catalyst, Idiom, behind the screens probably all CAT tool vendors. Brandis
