A little about me


I have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Studies and lived in Germany for many years where I attended university, then worked for language schools on a freelance basis both teaching English and doing the occasional translation. After returning to Canada, I enrolled in City University London's IoLET Diploma in translation, and have so far completed 2 of 3 modules, the rest of which I should be completing this year.

Experience


I currently translate on a freelance basis, and have translated articles on medical research, travel and tourism, social sciences and politics, technology,business presentations, as well as translated various literary pieces and a forward to a book of photography. I also teach German to Flight Attendants for a major airline, as well as private customers on occasion.
