You need a wardrobe full of curious things:
a bus ticket from Cuzco to la Paz,
one final wish, an empty nest, I Ching.
So Long Marianne (the vinyl single),
a half completed crossword all in Basque.
You need a wardrobe full of curious things
To write a poem quickly in a spill,
so reach into your cupboard for the task
and find one wish, an emptiness , I Ching.
For slick results you must disclose a sin,
a mangy fox with claws should raise a gasp.
You need a wardrobe full of curious things
to make your mark. Get out your pen – begin
La Vieille Armoire, which opens with a rasp,
to show one wish, your emptiness, I Ching.
The last line must creat a muttering
so reveal adoption papers in a vase
deep in your wardrobe full of curious things
with your last wish – Your Mother`s name – a dream.

So Long Marianne (o single em vinil),
