Graduated on International Relations with postgraduate studies on Foreign Policy, Economic Negoatiations and International Trade. More than twenty years of experience working on international relations with Governmental and Non Governmental Organizations, in various countries in Europe, Asia, North Africa and Latin America. During all those years I have written reports in Spanish, English and French on different issues: macroeconomic developments, foreign investment, market access rules, environmental regulations and compliance, domestic politics, trade and international cooperation. I have also been responsible for organizing international events (conferences, seminars, meetings, fairs, concerts, etc.) with participants from all over the world, communicating with them in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese, preparing documentation for brain storming, coordinating logistics, elaborating reports and conclusions, draft of agreements, and follow up. At the same time I have participated in several international negotiations as part of official delegations in fields such us: economic integration, trade facilitation, environmental conventions, sustainable development, climate change and biodiversity, among others.
