Need some help with this, please. The full sentence reads:
A la fecha de nuestra visita, XXXX presentó a YYYY ***evidencia del proyecto y ruta crítica del proveedor*** a contratar por la Casa de Cambio, para reforzar sus funciones de monitoreo, en el que se especifican los tiempos de capacitación, migración y fecha de inicio de dichas actividades.
I just can't get my tongue around it. All help greatly appreciated and TIA:-)

El método de la ruta crítica fue inventado por la corporación DuPont y es comúnmente abreviado como CPM por las siglas en inglés de Critical Path Method. En administración y gestión de proyectos, una ruta crítica es la secuencia de los elementos terminales de la red de proyectos con la mayor duración entre ellos, determinando el tiempo más corto para completar el proyecto. La duración de la ruta crítica determina la duración del proyecto entero.

Marina G is absolutely correct about ruta critica = CPM, but I suggest that in this context it would be sufficient, and would sound more natural, to refer to the 'minimum time-scale' which is the important information that can be determined using the CPM.
