An explanation of what it is in English :
"The “foils” are similar to the distracter words in the ADAS word recognition. i.e. the patient will be shown the WLL words and asked to remember them. They will then see the WLL words mixed in with the WR foils, and they have to say whether they have seen each word before or not."
