This is from a hip arthro-MRI report in Mexico:
La articulación coxofemoral derecha es congruente con adecuada cobertura acetabular, no hay evidencia de dismorfia ósea en los rebordes acetabulares ni en la transición céfalo-cervical femoral, la configuración de la cabeza femoral es de características normales y no se observan signos que sugieran cambios por necrosis avascular, solo se menciona mínimo edema focal de la porción subcapital lateral.
"Dysmorphia" does not appear to be the proper term here, as it is a psychological condition, rather than something that could appear on an MRI.
Could it be simply "deformity"?

In my opinion, "osseous" would turn out to be rather recondite for most members of the general public.

bone dysmorphia
While you could use deformity, dysmorphia is the direct translation of dismorfia. Both words derivate from the Greek "morph" (shape or form) and the prefix "dys" (abnormal).
It is a very unusual and highly technical word. Its only "everyday" use is the expression "body dysmorphia". This may give the impression that it is only used in psychology but that is not correct.
My translation would be "there is no evidence of bone dysmorphia in the acetabular borders"

Note from asker:
I researched this further. What you are talking about is "dysmorphism", not "dysmorphia". The former is a perfectly fine synonym for "deformity", but it is rarely used. |

Skeletal Dysplasias: An Approach to Diagnosis
RK Beals and W Horton
Division of Orthopaedics and Rehabiliation, Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland.
Skeletal dysplasias are the result of aberration in the growth and development of the skeleton. While they are individually rare, they are important in that they provide an insight into the mechanism of skeletal development. This article offers an approach to the diagnosis of skeletal dysplasias, rather than an exhaustive account of all the possible diagnoses. Dysplastic conditions are suspected on the basis of abnormal stature, disproportion, dysmorphism, or deformity. Diagnosis requires simple measurement of height and calculation of proportionality, combined with a complete physical examination, appropriate radiographs, an investigation of the family pedigree, and occasionally laboratory studies. An accurate diagnosis can usually be made on the basis of these data and a review of descriptive sources. A definitive diagnosis allows the treating physician to project the patient's ultimate height and to prognosticate about likely deformities and the risk of the recurrence of the condition in the family.
