articular movement

Balance articular in spanish means articular movement in english. The term refers to all the movements in different planes that a joint can perform, such as rotational, sliding, twisting, flexion, extension, adduction, abduction etc.
Example sentence:

Preferably the articular lumbar movements ; flexion is only assessed once, at the end of the session.).

Articular movements, electromyography and forces

Note from asker:
Isn't this "movilidad" though?

I also found in one medical dictionary "balanace articular -> joint balance".

I bit more context would have helped.

Note from asker:
Thank you for taking the trouble to look into this Marga, don't know why I had such difficulty finding "joint balance"; perhaps I didn't enter enough search terms.
I have found a site in Spanish that states that goniometry is used to measure " el balance articular", which seems to suggest it is measuring the range of motion of the joint/s in question
