Hola! Estoy traduciendo un informe médico de un Electroencefalograma de República Dominicana y cuando termina el informe, abajo de la firma y sello del médico dice Exeq. 623/07 CMD 20132. Yo supongo que esas siglas deben ser el N° de matrícula o algo así pero no encontré nada al respecto ni mucho menos cómo pasarlo al inglés.

Alguien que me ayude!

Exeq. stands for exequátur, which in the Dominican Republic is an official document authorising someone to practise a profession. They're issued by ministries, including (in this case) the Ministry of Health.

CMD is Colegio Médico Dominicano, which could be translated as the Dominican Medical Association.
