Abbreviations in a doctor\'s notes on symptoms
"no" and "vo" appear to be abbreviations of symptoms which may be related either directly or indirectly to headaches (céphalée). "No/vo" often seen. Other contexts: "Céphalée pulsatile, No mais pas de Vo"... "a des no, vo, étourdissement et de grosse céphalée". Considered nausea and vomiting, but "no" for "nausea" doesn't really match... Written by a physician in Quebec, Canada, as part of a patient's file.

Everything points to this; I'm sure it's right. "No" doesn't match nausées orthographically, but it does phonetically.
