Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) fideicomiso

contrato de fideicomiso de planeación patrimonial con fines testamentarios que celebran por una parte, por su propio y personal derecho la señora laura de los angeles rosado rabelo a quien en lo sucesivo se le denominará en forma indistinta como "el fideicomitente; el fideicomisario en primer lugar" o "el fideicomitente fideicomisario en primer lugar", y por otra parte banco mercantil del norte, s.a. institución de banca múltiple, grupo financiero banorte, representado en este acto por su delegado fiduciario licenciado miguel angel vera romero, a quien en lo sucesivo se le denominará como "la fiduciaria", el cual sujetan al tenor de las siguientes declaraciones y clausulas.
