I think "trading" might be the more appropriate term here:

The problem is that quotation is something the securities exchange does, not the broker or dealer, who instead "bids" or "asks" the price.
A financial quotation refers to specific market data relating to a security or commodity. While the term quote specifically refers to the bid price or ask price of an instrument, it may be more generically used to relate to the last price which the security traded at ("last sale"). This may refer to both exchange-traded and over-the-counter financial instruments.

In other words, the "quote" simply refers to the market trend, not someone giving a quote.
So, alternatively, it could mean "pricing", or "listing", as when a company begins to "cotizar en bolsa", but from what I can gather, this is a from a person's CV, and they are referring to the fact that they have been a financial "trader" or "broker".
