All that comes to mind for "remesa no." is batch/lot number, as remittance number is usually confined to the remittance of funds, I think. On the form, there are several sets of numbers, i.e. "No. Comunicación xxx", "No. de Referencia: xx", CIF/NIF/NIE: xx"
