Spanish term

allegados

Spanish to English Other Medical: Health Care instituciones, colectivos...

their family members and associates

Apart from Neil's "others", which sounds fine but leaves it too open, in my opinion ("others" could be anyone, and they're providing a service to just anyone), I don't think there's a single word that covers everything you say the term includes. The nearest, I think, is "associates", which can mean both friends and people you work with:

"7. a person joined with another or others in an enterprise, business, etc; partner; colleague
8. a companion or friend"
http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/associat...

However, it doesn't cover family, which "allegados" does, at least potentially, so I think you need to mention "family members" separately.

I don't see it as a real problem to use two terms instead of just one, and like this it covers everything you want it to but nothing else.

(I meant to say they're NOT providing a service to just anyone. "Others" is too open-ended, in my opinion.)
