I am editing the translated Minutes of a legal document from Puerto Rico.
It was translated as "Privation of Custody Hearing", but I wasn't getting many hits for it online. "Deprivation" kept coming up, but that's something else completely (looks like it has to do with kidnapping).
Could this be a "Motion to Modify Child Custody"? It is definitely a custody hearing, and looks like there have been several previous hearings in which child custody was awarded to one person, but in this hearing the custody is being awarded to someone else. Is there another term that would be a more accurate translation?
