El documento está relacionado con el cumplimiento de ciertas metas de unos indicadores que utiliza el proyecto pero ese "comprometidas" me tiene pensando un poco.

Alguna sugerencia.

No sé si "indicator target value committed" funcione en este contexto.

@ Asker as far as I can tell, unless I'm missing something, "indicator target value committed" doesn't actually mean anything, at least without more context. But what is your understanding of it?

...but nonetheless there were actions carried out to strengthen initiatives already set-up to improve student performance;

agree Carol Gullidge : although there doubtless neater ways to express it! PS "set up" doesn't require a hyphen in this instance, since it's a verb (meaning instigated?) not a "set-up"!
