Bone fracture
The term "desdibujo" is listed as one of the possible symptoms of a bone fracture in a first-aid document I'm translating, but I cannot find any information as to what this might be. Below is the full sentence for context:
"Síntomas: dolor intenso, deformidad, desdibujo, acortamiento, inflamación y tumefacción, impotencia funcional acusada, oyó crujido."
The only possible symptom I can think of which isn't already covered by the terms I know is bone fragments piercing the skin, and the only further information I've found about the term is the following, as a potential symptom:
"desdibujo (según el grado de desviación de los fragmentos)"
Since it's referring to bone fragments I'm wondering if this could be it, but I really am just guessing. Does anyone know for sure?
