It is basically
شرٌ مُبرم which means "ultimate evil"

for the sake of following the ST rhymes, I would suggest

evil upheaval where the sounds of /v/ and /l/ are repeated like the repeated Arabic sound of /rum/ in /shurum Burum/

agree Sayed Fathy : على الرغم من الاختلاف حول المعنى حيث يتفق المعني مع طرحك ولكن هناك طرح أخر يوضح أنها تعني النقصان و القطع ولكن يا حبذا لو تُركت بدون ترجمة لأن الغاية منها الوزن الموسيقي وشد الانتباه Shorm Borom
