أ- إن المقصود بالتخفيض 50% هو عن مصادر الدخل ذات الأرباح المطلقة حصرا أما مصادر الدخل ذات الارباح النسبية (كالمقاولات والتعهدات والاستيرادات والمشاريع الصناعية... الخ) فإنها غير مشمولة بالتخفيض المذكور.
ب- تخفض تقديرات المكلفين بنسبة 20% للأقضية و 25% للنواحي وذلك عن الأرباح المطلقة فقط.
