golden mile
A "golden mile" is a stretch of a road where property prices are very high. In this particular case, it refers to an intersection ("shizi" of "shizilukou") of two main avenues in Beijing. I guess you could call it "golden intersection", but I think "golden mile" is a term better understood, at least by people that are into real estate.

有两种译法，一种是gold cross，另一种是golden cross。两种译法都有人用。
可以加个引号：“gold cross”
“地带”可以不用译了。
个人意见，这块是金地，指黄金，我觉得应该用gold，而非golden。
