我查了一下，这里的“大洋海军”由韩国建立，所以我想这里的大洋应该指“太平洋”，网上关于“The Pacific Ocean Navy"的表述有很多。另外，网上还有“二大洋海军”的译法“Two Ocean Navy”，因此“大洋海军”也可含糊地翻译成“Ocean Navy”。个人意见，仅供参考。
