Both "specified as below" and "specified below" mean “指定如下”.
Eg. "subject to the conditions specified below" and "subject to the conditions specified as below".
However, "unless specified as below" and "unless specified below" are different, meaning "除非指定如下" and “除非在下文指明” respectively.
Were pretty sure about it, but now getting unsure. Any ideas?
