嗞嗞发烫的桑拿浴石块
I am not sure if this translation is "professional" or there is a specific term in the trade, but I think that is what it is. These are very hot rocks in a Finnish Sauna bath cabin, and when you pour water onto them they produce lots of steam. I think it is important to have the sound 嗞嗞 in there for emphasis of the temperature.
