可辨别(识别，可见的)

valuation的定义如下：

\noun 1.the act of estimating or setting the valueof something; appraisal.
2.an estimated value or worth.
3.the awareness or acknowledgment of the quality, nature, excellence, or the like of something: public valuation of the importance of education.

不要译为1，而是要选2，这样的话它和VALUE就没什么区别了，因此：

可感受到的(预期)价值(变化)，

也就是说，这个证券的将来的价值估计与目前的价值会有变化，而且变化可能较大，“可感受的价值变化”就是变化较大之意。
