English term

return on average tangible shareholders’ equity

English to Japanese Bus/Financial Accounting annual report
The part here that is giving me trouble is "tangible"
Tangible Equityは、自己資本-無形固定資産。
正味平均株主資本利益率で大丈夫でしょうか?(googleヒット=0)

Yes, I think that sounds much better. Regarding shareholder's equity, I confirmed the definition as 自己資本, that's why I included this term in my answer. But shareholder means 株主, and equity means 持分, so you could say 株主資本。

平均有形自己資本の利益率

tangible here means 有形, but I don't understand where this無形固定資産came from. I think this shareholder's equity means 自己資本、or literally translated personal capital. I think this資本 could be anything, money, gold or even your house as a collateral. And I think all of these are tangible.
