Wild Atlantic salmon has almost gone the way of the cod. So few survive that 300 farmed fish are sold for every one that was caught swimming freely. Most shoppers don’t know this—and it is hard to blame them for their ignorance. Tests carried out for The New York Times in March 2005 showed that six out of eight New York city stores, including gourmet haven Dean & DeLuca, were selling farmed salmon labeled—and priced—as the far more expensive wild salmon.

No tak, rzeczywiście "haven" to przystań, jednak sklep nie prowadzi tylko sprzedaży ryb - chodzi tu ogólnie o sklep z "delikatesami"; "raj dla smakoszy" brzmi świetnie i była to pierwsza odpowiedź - decyduję się właśnie na tę. Obu Panom składam serdeczne dzięki i ciepło pozdrawiam.
