(g) Ensure all Products supplied are of merchantable quality, conform to samples provided, at prices previously notified to the Master Franchisee by the Franchisor at regular intervals, and are delivered within reasonable timeframes and in accordance with the business terms. The Master Franchisee shall accept each such shipment of Products, but will have the right to return or claim for the equivalent monetary value in relation to defects; (other than defects caused by transit damage); within thirty (30) days after receipt of each shipment at the Master Franchisee's warehouse by sending written notice to the Franchisor along with accompanying evidence. The Franchisor will arrange for either the replacement Products or monetary claim to be settled within thirty(30) days from lodgement of the notification.
