English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright

15.1 This Agreement and the Manual expresses the entire agreement between the Parties hereto which supersedes any other negotiations or agreements on the subject matter hereof and;
(a) the Parties confirm that the whole of their negotiations and intentions have been included herein within the context of and expressing clearly the requirements of the Parties.
(b) there are no warranties, representations or other matters relied upon by the Franchisor causing his signature hereto which have not been satisfied herein;
