Pentru a evita deficientele de azot, utilizati ***inoculant de Rhizobium*** la semanat, daca semnati pe un teren unde nu a mai fost cultivata lucerna. Daca nu sunteti siguri de faptul ca lucerna a mai fost cultivata pe acel teren, inocularea este cel mai ieftin mod de a va asigura impotriva deficientei de azot
