Hebrew term

דלא למיהדר

Hebrew to English Law/Patents Finance (general) Phrase used in שטר עסקא
The phrase is contained in the foloowing:

.....בית דין חשוב דלא למיהדר בית לעלם

As noted this is in a שטר עסקא a religiously oriented contract having to do with a loan. It contains Hebrew and Aramaic.

I see that this is still open... Thanks for your effort to help.

Clues... I found some references for:

דלא = שלא

מהדר = מחזיר/משיב

But I don't quite see how it works here.

to ensure (he) does not renege

The root הדר in this context means to retract or reconsider.
You didn't ask, but I'll add my two cents anyway: I like to translate "beit din chashuv" as a prominent/reputable beit din (or rabbinical/religious court, depending on your reading audience), because the word "chashuv," in halachic lexicon, is much more nuanced than the word "important."
Also, could there have been a typo and בית should really read ביה? The expression מיהדר ביה is quite common.
Note from asker:
A belated thanks....
