the Hebrew uses the passive form which is preferred by so many.
iv diuresis followed by oral diuresis - would be uncommon usage in daily US Medical English.

Diuresis by IV? PO? Maybe the patient was given fluids by IV and later PO?

agree Lior Bar-On : Have to agree, but PO diuresis does not sound as nearly as good as PO administration of diuretics.
