Found this in a marriage certificate - "Maklumat Wali"
I know a "wali" is the person who gives the bride away but is there an equivalent English term for it? I was thinking of going with "Information of Guardian". Any other more accurate suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

particulars of guardian
"Information of Guardian" would not be the appropriate translation for "maklumat wali". What is required here is information about the guardian, that is, his particulars, such as his name, age, relationship to the bride, etc.

Islam stipulates that in order to conclude her marriage, the Muslim bride must have a guardian or wali, who is usually her father
Therefore "Information of Guardian" is correct
