Las partes establecen que en el supuesto de producirse el impago de una mensualidad de la renta, gastos o cualquier otro incumplimiento durante el periodo de bonificación al que se refiere el presente documento, será exigible, con efectos desde la misma mensualidad en que se hubiese producido el incumplimiento referido y con carácter retroactivo, la totalidad del recibo de arriendo, quedando en ese mismo momento nulo y sin efecto alguno la minoración o reducción temporal aquí pactada.
