7.2. Պարտավորագրի դրույթներում նշվում են աշխատակցի կողմից գաղտնիք կազմող տեղեկությունների ծանուցման, տրամադրման և պահպանման վերաբերյալ պարտա-վորություն վերցնելու և նախատեսված պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու մասին:
7.3. Ընկերության բոլոր աշխատակիցներից գաղտնիք կազմող տեղեկությունների չհրապարակելու (չտարածելու) վերաբերյալ պարտավորագրերը պահպանվում են ՌԿևԱ բաժնի կողմից:
7.4. Սույն կարգի դրույթները տարածվում են նաև Ընկերության սպասարկող անձնակազմի և պրակտիկանտների վրա: Ընկերությունը ձեռնարկում է կազմակերպչական այնպիսի միջոցառումներ, որոնք բացառեն վերընշված անձանց առնչությունը գաղտնիք կազմող տեղեկություններին:
