I believe the entire facade is stone but that the term could be used. I'd love to see some photos!

It's difficult to know here, for we don't know the dimensions or anything about the two "ornamients/adornments" of the floor above. Hope this helps.

If they're small, I'd use "ornaments", but if they're larger, i.e. for decorating the walls or suchlike, I'd use "adornments".

circular motifs
