Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Report of references

This is from a series of "Reportes de referencias," and I'm not sure what country it's from. The reports include loans and credit cards, status and payments.

I am working with a list of information that contains:

Créditos activos
Pagos atrasados
Créditos cancelados
Créditos abiertos en los últimos 12 meses
Aclaraciones
Reclamos
Referencias que prescriben
and finally,** "referencias en trámite de mantenerse reportadas"**
So it's sort of the opposite of references that are expiring, but I can't quite pin it down.
