Hi,

I've formatted a Word document which contains a number of charts. The problem arises when someone else attempts to open it - after they have received it by e-mail.
All the formatting goes to pot and whole thing fails to make sense.

Is there anything I can do to store the formatting so that, when opened by another person, it appears how it should.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Luis

But be aware, that if you use different Word versions (eg Word 95 and Word XP) some functions may not be available in the older version and therefore your counterpart gets this bad result.

Kind regards
