URGENT: MS Word is changing author name automatically

Hi,

I was carrying out a review, and I am supposed to work with the track changes mode on, as I am reviewing an update.
The translator works under specific author name "Trans", and I, as a reviewer, I work under the name of "Rev".

Ms Word automatically changed both author names to "Author".

Any tips? it's quite urgent.
